At-Your-Desk Stretching and Meditation

 

Place to-do lists aside, silence notifications, and challenge yourself to focus on one thing: taking a mindful, refreshing break during the workday.

 

With your company or organization's Teams or Zoom invitation, Allison will guide you and your colleagues through 15- or 30-minute stretching and meditation sessions. Some clients meet with Allison weekly while others schedule monthly or quarterly intermissions.

 

Standing and seated options are offered throughout the intermissions.
